The money will be refunded in the following causes: - If due to weather conditions the flight could not be made within two weeks after payment. - If the lot is within controlled airspace and it was not possible to obtain the flight permits before two weeks from the day of payment, and if the client so requests. In this case the client may decide to wait until the required permissions are obtained.
FLIGHT SCHEDULING
After the payment you will be contacted by our support team to obtain additional information of the property such as location, access directions, points of interest and Tax ID of the land and other information that is appropriate to plan the flight . To comply with the FAA PART-107 all flights must be planned, taking into account the maximum height allowed in the area, aeronautical restrictions, required flight permits, and other conditions such as expected weather. In accordance with the above, the flight schedule will be sent to you. This schedule will only be modified if weather conditions prevent it, such as rain, or winds above safe flight conditions.
